Las Flores resort is proud to announce the reimagining of the Oriente Salvaje restaurant. Oriente Salvaje means Wild East, which defines the areas to the East of the Rio Lempa which you will cross on your way from the airport and symbolically divides the country in half.
Our consulting culinary director has worked with the resorts staff to develop a menu steeped in New American Cuisine and local Salvadorian favorites. Dine just steps from the Pacific Ocean and the famous waves of Las Flores point in our restaurant constructed from regional hardwoods. Guests are greeted with our freshly-made natural juices to revitalize themselves for the adventurous day that beholds them. Breakfast and lunch menus are a-la-carte with a diverse and hearty selection. The evening experience allows guests to enjoy a three course dinner with choice of entrée. Oriente Salvaje is dedicated to sustainability, sourcing locally grown fruits and vegetables, imported Angus grade beef and Pacific Seafoods.

Las Flores Resort uses a 3-stage filtration and purification process for all water inside the hotel, kitchen and restaurant. For food preparation bottled water is used. The resort utilizes cleaning machines and products from http://www.ecolab.com/ , which is one of the food safety industry leaders of the world. The resort also has regular inspections of the Ministerio de Salud and performance exams for all food handling personnel to ensure the highest health standards for our guests.
