Important Note: Steps 1 and 2 are required at time of bookings.
Steps 3 and 4 are required prior to departure (but can be done later).

 

1. Submit a WAVEHUNTERS ONLINE BOOKING CONTRACT

Important: Passport Info Now Required for All Tours.
**Passport must be valid for min. 6 months beyond the date of your tour departure.

2. Make TOUR DEPOSITS or PAYMENTS:

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER : No personal checks accepted for tours departing within 30 days. For all tours departing within 30 days we require a cashier's check or money order. Please mail all checks t

Important: Please include your BOOKING # from your invoice in the memo box of the check. If the payee and traveler are different, please specify the name of the TRAVELER on the check or in a note accompanying the check.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. To pay by credit card, please complete our Secure Online Credit Card Authorization form.

Please note we can not accept credit card payments by phone.

Additional Notes:

1) Wavehunters does not accept credit cards for Indonesia tours or live-aboard yacht charters.
2) Wavehunters does not accept credit cards from overseas on any tours.
Travelers residing outside the United States must make payment for their tours by wire transfer.

Required for all live-aboards/yacht charters. Recommended for all Wavehunters surfing tours.
