LAS FLORES SURFBOARD RENTALS

We maintain a high quality quiver at Las Flores Surf Club of over 25 high performance longboards and shortboards of all varieties by top shapers. Given the exorbitant cost of airline excess baggage fees ($100-$150 each way in some cases per surfboard), embargos, and possibility of delay, damage or loss by the airline, we recommend you have a look at our rental quiver while weighing the decision to bring your own surfboards.
Security deposits range from $100-$500 per board. We recommend you to rent a board appropriate with your skill level and the amount of financial risk you want to assume for the surfboard.
Rental policy: You break it, you buy it bra. In the event of breakage or loss, security deposit is forfeited and charged to resort bill. (Hold onto your board when duck diving the wave, if a lip at big Flores or Mango comes down on it, it may break).
Most dings are repairable, but for moderate-severe dings, a fair charge to be determined by Las Flores Mgmt. will be deducted from the security deposit depending on the extent of damage and the cost of repair. (Make sure leash and leash cord are securely fastened to the board. If you lose a board at Mangos or outside Flores it is in the rocks for sure). If you are renting a board, we recommend you still bring with you a new surfing leash.
